Paul, it's OK ... I don't know that your message triggered this,
because the server that held it is in Russia, and the Russians and
Americans rarely see eye-to-eye on copyright issues.

It means the file (or a stub of it) is there (no file = different error
message) but for some reason, either permissions on the file or content
error, you can't see it.
