Is it possible that you know of a URL for a web page for the article?
A cursory search of the washpost.com web site didn't show any hits for
either "Salinger" or "Catcher." I would greatly appreciate any
pointers you might have. (As you may have guessed, I don't have easy
access to the printed version of the Post.)

Gosh, I hope we don't sound fierce and ogreish. A redundant message
like this is infinitely better than missing this message, and I would
like to believe that we are a tolerant community, enough to politely
bear the posting of a repeated message. I'm serious about this. 8-)
