Dear Will Hochman:

All I can say is that the book is still delayed and that I do not have a
specific or an approximate date for its release. I have good reasons to
think that it will appear--that there is not much likelihood of its being
cancelled or simply dropped--but beyond that I can say nothing.

One of my favorite students, Dan Mahany, dropped by a mentioned your
name--a pleasant association.

Sincerely,

Roger Lathbury
