That's funny because I've always liked Zooey alot more than Franny because
although I have felt (and occasionally still feel) the way Franny does
about people, I found her to be whiny and self-involved. I liked Zooey's
flippancy, (contrary to a lot of people, I really liked his bathroom
conversation with Bessie) his insightfulness, and his willingness to try
and help Franny even though he thought her behavior a little
ridiculous.
