Jim writes, apparantly from a sunny beach somewhere, probably sipping a
slushy, tropical drink of some sort:

So rarely, Jim, do you stray so far from the path of truth and
right-ness that I must interject.  Leo looks pretty, but surely.  Trying
to get good Shakespeare out of him must have been like trying to squeeze
strawberry jam out of a turkey.  I'm quite sure Danes's
competence--passing, bordering on good--was the only thing that kept the
director from jumping out of a window.
