Yes, that's what any sensible person would do (or at least save the message
when it is first sent) but bananafish - like life - has seemed to have
attracted its fair share of nincompoops. I'm constantly amazed at life's
sensible-person-to-nimrod proportion. Or maybe, more depressingly, I'm
not.(:
I agree that the idea of a footer is ugly and intrusive and even, as Matt
would have it, an evil presence - but like those purple mosquito-zapping
lights, perhaps they're ultimately easier than putting up with annoying
little critters who persist in buzzing around our cybernautic heads.
