Yes, as someone who is perpetually rumpled, I feel a kindred spirit in
Holden! I always imagine his button-down shirts to be wrinkled in the
back, with an occasional shirt-tail sticking out. And with a pair of
very worn boat shoes under his bed that he might wear to the cafeteria
when he's at school.
