Entirely in good sport, I have begun an epic poem:

  Of hapless indigents and silly whelps
That on bananafish the mailing list
Oft offered up their frightful foolishness
Unseeing souls whose silly syllables
Fell full far short of genius' gentle strokes
Till Scottie Bowman set them all aright
By pointing out their artless penury,
Sing heav'nly muse, that from the listproc at
Old NYU does parcel out this post 
To many a meager heart on B-fish L...
