First Edition of Nine Stories

I saw a first edition of Nine Stories in a used bookstore today, with a dust
cover that was in reasonably good shape but by no means in mint condition,
and the bookstore was asking $375.

Is it me, or is that a bit much?  I stupidly thought it said $37.50 form the
way it was written, so i was going to get it, but then i realized how much
it really cost and politely put it back.

Can someone advise me about this?  I'm curious to know why this book may be
so much more valuable than the others... not that one can truly put a price
on any of them that will equal the value they've had in my life...
