Bruce, what about Salinger's early feminist approach to Baseball in
Central Park? Salinger was prophetic about the rise of women on the
diamond!
I do agree that professional sports are askew today, and
that my "fan love" is linked to my lack of maturity, but as I scheme with
a friend about which Yankee-Red Sox game we will try to attend next week,
I feel the juice of youth and drink it anytime I can, will
