helena, _100 years of solitdue_ is easily one of the great books of all
time...you must read it! (if you don't like it, I will buy your copy from
you!) Garcia- Marquez is one of my favorites but this novel stands above
the rest of his work and most other 20th century novels as well. Though
literary types like me could classify it as "magical realism," I'd simply
say that I found more delight with life in its pages than most other pages
I've turned! (Salinger excluded of course!)will
