Well, surely if Harold Ober isn't forwarding notes to him anymore that
would seem to be a pretty good indication that he doesn't want to be
written to. I guess any writer or celebrity must get sick of being sent
what is surely 99% drivel lightened only by the occasional revelation.
Personally Salinger's a guy I'd like to keep on my good side (:
