Though my specialty is the concoction of hilariously pretentious bits of
prose-rubbish, I would like to clarify (for those readers who might not have
recognized the source) that in a recent post re Walt and Seymour, I forgot
to include quote marks. The following was a direct lift from _F&Z_:
"sons are dead, one by suicide (her
favorite, her most intricately calibrated, her kindest son) and one killed
in WWII (her only truly lighthearted son)."
