You should add a criteria, then...he's so green he's made of wood :)

Look, Bill and Hillary energized the Dem party at first..excited them...he
and Hillary being a literal wedding of Southern Democrat and Northern
Liberal. He had a charismatic personality, carried himself with a
Presidential demeanor (at first), and, I think, did try to appeal to
"people's better angels."

But when he took his first step he fell flat on his face. It was a farce
about revamping the military's policies about homosexuality. Soon after that
came the farce called National Health Care. Whether you agree with his stand
on these issues or not, there was no way in Hell he was ever going to pull
those off. He wound up with a compromise with the military that managed to
piss everyone off, and wound up losing Congress to the Republican Party for
the first time in 40 years.

His first two years he could have been the dream team -- Dem Pres. and a Dem.
Congress. But he blew it. He beat an incumbent by preaching the economy when
the economy was terribly weak, and Al Gore doesn't have anywhere near
Clinton's personality, vision, or circumstances going for him.

I'd like to see what would happen with two years of a Rep. pres. and a Rep.
congress.
