Scottie:
"This is obviously a family affair. But have you no idea how
embarrassed your friends have been by this squalid huckster?"

How could I not? Bill's critics are not shy about vocalizing
their opinions, especially in the face of unabashed praise
for the man.

Nevertheless, I'm not at all embarrassed about Bill. I did
find the reaction of congress and the media to Monical
Lewinsky rather embarrassing. You'd think we were a nation of
3rd-graders. While on my honeymoon in Montepulciano, Italy,
my wife and I were approached by a older English couple
who identified us as Americans and were curious what we thought
of the whole thing. They couldn't understand what all the fuss
was about. Well, neither could we.

And isn't it fascinating that a 'squalid huckster' from
south of nowhere sky-rocketed into the hallowed halls of Yale,
Oxford, and the White House? That's brilliance, ol' Sport.
