Tim, instead of postit notes, I've used the index and found references to
several rejected stories not noted in other lists of unpublished Salinger
work. The books slant on Salinger is not consistent with his value to the
New Yorker, nor does it offer the kinds of insights that feed real
literary insights so you are right to make your way to the primary source
material...or talk to William Shawn when you get to heaven! will
