I definitely hope not! The last thing the public needs to be subjected to is
more modern "art," especially something produced by some half-crazed
Scots-Irish hermit with an attitude.

(He sent me a 6 MEGABYTE image of "Seymour Agonistes" with the message
simply stating: "A byte too far?" And this is the first I heard that the

huge portrait he sent was "akshully" of Salinger. Maybe contribute it to

the letters project?)
