_FW_ definitely moves further from the ordinary than _Ulysses_, but does
it postmodern? Aren't I asking a lot of questions today? I think Malcolm
is right. _FW_ is beyond stream of consciousness and beyond
intertextuality (remember this one?), even though it might server as a
splendid example of either. A pre-electronic hypertext! I
think maybe now I see where you are going with this idea (hypertext
without computers)...
