Thought it might interest you to know that Bill Gates is in our neck of the
inverted forest, and named `The Catcher in the Rye' and `The Great Gatsby' 
amongst his favourite books in a newspaper interview. 

I wonder if he can read the bit about the big phoney bastard undertaker
shifting into third gear and asking Jesus to send him a couple more stiffs
without irony ?
