the NBK soundtrack has "the future" on it as well.
both are from the album "the future" which my brit
lit teacher brought in to play us this song that one
some canadian award. it was about the worst leonard
cohen song i've ever heard and if i wouldn't of
already liked cohen that would've put me off. and
those of you who may say at least she was trying
taste this: someone brought in the NBK soundtrack
and she played the first thirty seconds of "waiting
for the miracle" which she wouldn't play the rest of
because she didn't like and of course she didn't
realize that it and "the future" were on "the future"
having only listened to the one that one the canadian
award. no exactly a quality leonard cohen experience.
i've also read selected or collected poems 1957-1963
or something like that. i only bothered to do this so
that people understand that teenagers may have had
some kind of contact with leonard cohen. and anybody
who has seen the movie Pump up the Volume has heard
leonard cohen. unless of course they had it on mute.
