hey bananafish!
just a quick note to say that my other email address
broke down on me, so lucy (still the best!) will now
be located here. so don't think i'm an imposter, i am
the original (and the best).
and while i'm wasting your time,i just wanted to ask
all of you, how would you convey the idea of salinger
as a recluse to a visual image? i have to translate
salinger the recluse to stage. and i was thinking of
not even showing him, just having his words projected
on to the backdrop.
and as for my monologue, i practically got down on my
knees, begging my drama teacher to let me be franny,
but he's stuck on holden. so i'm holden, or perhaps
phoebe.
so that's where i'm up to. thankyou all for your help!
that 'external aspects of catcher' site was a really
fantastic help! thanks a bunch!
