I forget the details, but I recall that on the first edition of
RHTRBC/SAI, there were (at least) 3 printings. The 1st printing had the
dedication page in the wrong order (before the title page?), the 2nd
printing was either missing the half-title page or the dedication page
entirely, and the 3rd printing finally got the right pages in the right
order. Like I said, I'm fuzzy on the exact details, but the value of
the three different printings are all a little different.
Any rare book dealers out there who know the full story?
