I always hate to put a damper on things, but please, let's not do this.
The list will get flooded, the archive will creak perilously, and even more
people will just give up and quit the list.

Worst of all, of course, is that there would be no surprise factor if your
project reaches fruition; all the material would have already appeared
here, so there would be little point, from the content point-of-view, of
collecting work.

In my experience, what works best in things like this is to designate one
person who acts as the recipient of material, and that person can warehouse
all the submissions.  Then when things quiet down, that person can proceed,
rather than have the stories scattered all over this list.

Thanks for considering this option -- using the list as some kind of
repository is not really the best use of  the medium.
