Hello everyone,
I'm sitting here being quite bored and then I say to myself, "What would be a
better thing to cure boredom then to e-mail you all?" So here I am.
Anyway. So far by Salinger I have read: The Catcher In The Rye, Franny And
Zooey, Raise high the Roof Beams Carpenters and Seymour and Introduction, A
perfect Day For Banana Fish.... and ummmm I think that's it. I also like
Sartre and Fitzgerald and James Joyce. James Joyce can be very confusing
though, he is very hard to read (I think).
we have a literary magazine at my school but all of the young "writters" at
my school suck. I submitted some stuff. I think i might get some reward (its
judged money rewards). My sister always won because she was way better than
anyone there. Alot of people in high school write bad melodramatic poetry
that i hate alot. And they "write" but they've never read anything. I don't
think you can write until you've read something worth while. People at my
school read V.C. Andrews and stuff like that and it makes me sick.
