smiling, damned villains

'... I have found that negativity, judgement, and arrogant
directing of others ... as opposed to patient convincing ... etc'

The extraordinary thing, Suzanne, is that I've found rather
the opposite. It was always the provocative people - often
recognisable by their lumps their tongues made in their cheeks -
who got me thinking for myself.

The others - the ones with the hidden axes to grind - they
were the remorselessly patient persuaders & anaesthetisers who
    needed to be watched.

And be careful with that intuition. Women have a misplaced
confidence in their intuitive powers. Just look at all those
    unmarried mothers.
