Okay, I just finished reading Catcher again, in prep for my thesis, and I
couldn't help thinking over and over that Holden may be gay. I was just
wondering if anyone might have had those feelings too. I'm not totally
attached to that possiblity, but at the same time, I can not convince
myself that he is really interested in sex with females, like he seems to
be trying to convince his audience (and himself) that he is.
