    You said,
---
As we used to say on the Falklands:
---

    Ah, you mean Islas Malvinas,
---
'If you find our rough English manner displeasing,
it may be advisable to steer clear of the islands.....'
---

Yet another token of your lousy sense of humor. This
is hardly the place to discuss this issue, let's just say
that your country was ruled by a bunch of fucking idiots
as well as mine was, and that soldiers from both sides
shot down fellows they'd treat if met where any bar is,
or helped to half-a-crown.

I was only criticizing your response to Nicola's letter, but
as usual you step back and look contemptuosly from afar.
You may leave your position regarding serious critical
thought unclear as it is, I don't give a damn. But do you
really think that exhibiting that vagueness in a witty frame
will answer Nicola's question? I know this sounds as if I
had no sense of humor whatsoever, but I think irony isn't
useful for that task.

By the way, Camille's response to your post was what I
would have liked to say originally.

                                    Saludos,
                                                  - diego d.
