I've read only this post, not any of the responses to it, and I'll be
interested to hear what others have to say. I went to a Jesuit high school
that went co-ed, after being all-male for 150 years, the year before I got
there. The situation was therefore ripe for all kinds of catastrophes, but
as far as I knew nothing happened but a little flirting. I heard rumors, or
course--like of the things that happened when the girls' track team went on
weekend trips with their 25 year-old coach, but nothing confirmed.
College, on the other hand...
And grad school. Oh, Lord.
