Bananafish Review: publisher needed

   Okay, well the BFR is just about complete.  We have about 46 pages or
so (I don't remember the exact) and the issue looks pretty good on screen.
But we need to put this puppy on papris.  Jake McHenry <seymour@ktis.net>,
was our publisher but I haven't been able to get in contact with him.  I
only have his email and that seems to be defunct.  So, now I'm looking for
ideas.  I have plenty of printers in the Cambridge area, but funds are a
different matter.  The nice thing about Jake was that he had extra
material so the issue was going to be super cheap (free).  I don't know if
that's really possible right now.
   So I'm trolling for ideas.
