I still maintain, Will, that for anyone habitually using a keyboard it takes rather a DELIBERATE effort to AVOID using the shift key. I also maintain that all-lower-case typing introduces an ambiguity which demands more effort from a reader than a well-mannered writer would wish to impose. For God's sake, it's hard enough to make oneself intelligible without erecting artificial barriers. If you wish to welcome your reader in the way of any good host you don't insist he take off his shoes & socks. He may decide not to come back. Scottie B.
