No, I'm referring to, er, _Home Improvement_, where Al Borland uses that phrase with Tim the Toolman Taylor more than a little bit.  I have two beer-swilling brothers who use the phrase constantly.

Amen, Alleleuia.  What really reinforces that feeling is trekking to the library and reading Hapworth 16, 1924.  I'd recommend it for anyone, despite the opinions of the Hapworth Haters in this group.
