I have been wondering about the Biltmore and Tim has spurred my curiosity.
The Biltmore was located on Madison, between 43rd and 44th streets.

Exterior of the hotel:

Another site (with no relevant photos) said: "The Biltmore clock was the
one referred to the phrase "Meet you under the clock," as it straddled the
gates leading to the Biltmore's central court lounge."

There was a 1985 TV movie called "Under the Biltmore Clock," based on F.
Scott Fitzgerald's short story, "Myra meets his Family."

That's all for now,
Suzanne
