Hi; I'm Jay.  I'm new around here.  You have a pleasant, intelligent, 
sometimes very funny place here.  I hope you know what a rare thing this 
is in the world of Internet mailing lists - I've been on lots of them.

I do find covers and dust jackets important.  I have an old Little, 
Brown hardcover F&Z, and I'm very fond of Salinger's notes on the 
jacket.  I bought the book for a dollar, and found a five dollar bill 
amongst the pages; on top of that, it turned out to be the best book I 
ever read.  An experience of pure grace!

How is Time Warner involved?  Did they buy Little, Brown and Co.?  If I 
order a new hardcover Little, Brown F&Z, what will I get?
