I say this realizing that some of us will object to what I say, in the interests of being concerned about the victim, if this is a true story. (Most are not; most are the electronic equivalent of urban legends.) But regardless of that, if anyone here wants to engage in a campaign, the most effective way to do it is to deal with individual mail addresses, and not by sending copies to mailing lists.
