Yes, I suppose time is an issue, but access isn't. Newspapers are free in
the library, student subscriptions can be had for the price of a weekly
Microbrew, TVs are ubiquitious, All Things Considered is on the left end
of the radio dial, and cnn.com and nytimes.com are just mouseclicks away. 

I'm not sure what distresses me more: That people my age are so uninformed
about and uninterested in current events, or the fact that most people my
age get their news from Tabitha, Kurt and their local news. Sigh.
