On the whole subject of angry grrl singers, today I picked up the November issue of Spin. It has a huge section on women singers and their ideas on "Girl Power." It talks about Alanis, Ani, the Spice Girls, etc. I haven't finished the article yet, but I thought you all (or ya'll as we say in Oklahoma) might want to know. Susan p.s.
