Scottie, I'd like to balance the scales just a bit and say that as an alumnus of Catholic Schools through sophmore year in high school including one in a Catholic orphanage -- I suffered only love, hope and charity. Kindness, encouragement and education allowed a poor inner city kid to develop the self esteem needed to rise above the violence and hopeless sqaulor endemic to that environment. L.
