okeydokey, here we go and in no particular order . . .

on the road / desolation angels - kerouac
f&z / raise high the roof beams + seymour - what's-his-name
gravity's rainbow - pynchon
naked lunch - burroughs
howl and other poems / kaddish - ginsberg
brideshead revisited - evelyn waugh
the ginger man - donleavy
the chomsky reader - noam chomsky
any randomly selected calvin and hobbes book
if this is a man / the truce - primo levi
fear and loathing in las vegas - hunter s. thompson
getting even - woody allen
orson welles interviews by peter bogdanovich

that's about 17. more what came to mind than absolute yay favourites. and
what i saw on my bookshelf in front of my computer. i have a niggling sense
of many missing so i'm stopping and allowing myself the chance of future
revisions. these aren't neccessarily their best books but those with the
most personal significance, that moment when you go WOW and realise you've
found something extremely cool indeed.

toodleloo,
