question about grad schools

Ok, so I figured I would ask the list for some recommendations about grad
schools for my own subject of interest. Forgive me if this strays from the
list's purpose. So...I would like to go to grad school for this:
Information Technology or something like it. Questions and topics like what
is the impact of the internet on society, what the future of the internet is,
advancement in developing technologies and new ways of conveying information
using new media such as the internet, what are the best ways to do this, what
is the value of this, what is the impact of technology on society specifically
new media technology on society, how is the internet viewed and why, how best
to convey information, the value of this, cultural and societal impact, etc.
etc.
The University of Baltimore has a pretty interesting grad program that sort of
gets to this in a round about way, but I have found few other universities or
colleges that have programs that deal with these issues as a focal point
rather than just as an elective course for example. If anyone knows of places
I might should look into, please let me know. I have about 5 places in mind
or so. Virginia Tech has a progam sort of like this as well as Georgetown
University, New Mexico Highlands, and Quinnipiac University. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Levi
