I'm guessing the next step is to assert that Rilke wrote sonnets to
Orpheus and read them more closely...I thought about C's little idea
because looking back is also the thing that nail's Lot's wife leaving
Gamorrah (or was it Sodom? God and Robbie know...) and perhaps
Seymour's marriage is then a form of "looking back" and even loving
more vulgar aspects of life? Just fooling around...I'm tired but
enjoying this new idea, will
