if it is fun, it is not bad. if it is important, then it is not bad.
how fun can it be to burn a cross? and, would you call burning a cross bad,
or free speech? is free speech good or bad? or good sometimes, and bad
sometimes.
is it bad for a worker to do his work? is it bad for a soldier to kill? it's
important for a soldier to kill. it can't be much fun. perhaps some insane
serial killer has fun killing people. that's because people aren't important
to him. a hitman killing saddam would not have fun killing him, because it's
important that he do it.
i don't know. something like that.

...and, just to clarify...there's nothing bad with doing fun things. and
there's nothing bad with doing important things. i would say that both are
good things to do. one is not better than the other, in my opinion. i
could
do a fun or important thing and be equally satisfied with my progress
through
time. when the sun burns up this planet, will you hope you did something
important, or fun? (if you could remember, long after the wicked burning)
