Re: Explanations (for SB)

    I'm one of those lucky chaps who can extract the relevant juice
    without having to go through the tedious business of actually
    reading or studying the stuff. It was enough to know that Said
    was very big into who-screws-whom (all the while posing plaintively
    as a screwee). Ho, ho, I thought: The Rhetoric of Power. We all
    know someone else who's big into THAT. Hence my expectancy.

    A lot of good men down, all right, but the saddest news of all
    this morning about Donald O'Connor. I doubt any other pair ever
    reached the uplands where himself & Kelly danced their way into
    the hearts of the American people. (Although lower down the slope
    - but still Elysian - were Keenan Wynn & his chum brushing up
    their Shakespeare.)
