Funny coincidence: We have this list housed at NYU, and one of the NYU buildings, just around the corner from where I'm sitting, is where the Triangle Shirtwaist fire happened. (It used to be a factory, and is now owned by the university.) Every year there is a memorial on the street outside the building. --tim o'connor
