If you read my original reaction you may, if indeed the brits have a
capacity far greater than the average american, that I was just adding to
it all. But in case the post is too far gone (since this seems to have
digressed (by my own fault) into something serious) I'll quickly sum up.

The first protracted sentence was an (although poor) attempt at
high-falutin, stick-up the butt speak -- all directed at our loving
stylist. The second sentence was the american translation. It 'defended'
Paul the 'pre-pubsecent homophobe'. Damn, I thought it was funny.

I guess the juxposition of 'wholesome' and 'liberal' (in the context of
homosexuality) was only funny to me too. Oh well.

And, I'll take an ocean of moralising pendantry than the vertigo of
moral realitivism anyday -- except Friday & Saturday night.

I find the community's self-deprecation and reclaimation of terms a
cool drink of water on a hot August day. But it's the external sniping at
other people's insecurities that I can't justify. I guess you don't
understand where I'm coming from because that wasn't your intention. The
situation I'm addressing is when a fag tells a redneck that he's carrying
a shotgun because he's really a latent homosexual fondling another penis.
The fact is, he just might be. But it doesn't help the redneck to be
confronted with this via snipe. And it doesn't help the fag when the
wife-beating-homosexual-homophobe-kkk-leader redneck pulls the damn
trigger on him.
This has nothing to do with the PC movement, and any accusations that
it has will be met with a "go boil water, cracker."

Someone trying to prove their masculinity is hardly the same as someone
fearing their homosexuality. Then again, I have no idea what kind of
Logic they teach in Britian, much less psychology school.

ps: if any of you out there don't realize that I'm sitting here, tapping
away at the keyboard, with a big shit-eating grin on my face, happy as a
whore among sailors, think again.
