Is it just because of the shared last name? Or is there a quality to
Salinger's Kinsella that W.P. Kinsella wanted to enhance in his own? I
don't know if that question was ever answered. I certainly can't answer
it-- it's been too long since my exposure to both the book and the move.
The study of it might prove interesting, however.
