Point is it was sheer luck the casualties were so low. The vans were
still moved into place and successfully detonated. More vans, better
placement...the building may have come down.
No problem with attacking GWB, but let's make productive and intelligent
attacks. Saying Clinton may have stopped 9/11 is absolutely incredible.
He didn't stop the attacks, obviously, that took place during his
administration and committed quite a few blunders.
Your original statement was that Clinton "staved off huge attacks like
9/11 by holding regular meetings." That's factually incorrect. We were
all just very lucky the attacks staged under Clinton were relatively
ineffectual.
