A tiny, unreligious "amen" to this!  There are not many shortcuts to
happiness and equilibrium, when one lacks either or both.  Some of it is a
lot of hard work.  Medicine that can help is a blessing.  Usually it's a
combination of the two that is most effective, I suspect.
