I confess that I lose my mind with laughter whenever I hit the passage
in Chapter 12, with Horwitz the cabbie.  I absolutely know what it is
like to be in the back seat with a lunatic cab driver who has his neck 
craned around to look at the back seat rather than at what's in front of
the cab.  I can't read that part without laughing out loud!  Three
cheers for Horwitz (for Chrissakes)!
