(How do you like it? How do you like it?)

The word repeats itself in Robbie's post to Jim, like a lover urging a
partner towards fulfillment....

Shakespeare is "more, more, more..."

Here's a list of three films (chosen at random):

All that Jazz
Blue Velvet
Welcome to LA

Now we play the game. Which is "more powerful, more competent, more
thorough, and more thoughtful?"

This is what we do?

This is what we want to do?

And as for Shakespeare (do we have a particular text in mind or are just
invoking the names of patron saints at this point?) being more powerful than a
Revlon ad...

Well, that depends on what power one is measuring, I suspect the Madison
Avenue suit would tell us with a smile.

But why do this to our art? I still don't get the attraction.

Marveling at the need for tops and bottoms,

--John
