It sounds like it takes a gentleman to know one...I look forward to
meeting Mattis and Matt one day and regret not attending. I was busy
hiring last minute professors for writing classes and then actually
scrubbing the floor and fixing up an office for my part-time
teachers. Quite true and as legitimate as it may be, I still
couldn't help knowing how badly I missed this b'fish meeting until
drinking lots of coffee and watching people and talking was
mentioned...at Penn Station which is a place I haunted often in my
part-time teaching days. This is list connects me to much more than
I imagine on my own. Maybe the post will make sense, maybe not, but
I know that waiting room and the taste of NY coffee to go in Penn
Station and I know I missed some great moments...sad to excuse myself
but at least I can send e-regrets, will
